Ridden to sleep by Dettori there, the difference between a class jockey and a wanabee

raced almost upsides the winner to the 3 pole then when they both came off the bridle the 2nd got outpaced
winner hanging, sweating, miles the best horse imo |
|
By:
took a position where he was always going to have to give dettori first run

I saw it exactly as wonder saw it. Watched it again to see if I missed anything but the second was less than a length behind the winner over 2 furlongs out and came off the bridle a stride or two BEFORE the winner yet still went 3 lengths down and stayed on. Murphy certainly didn't "sit there" and whilst there's no doubt the winner got a good ride, I certainly don't blame Murphy for doing my money.

Buick shocking there

Brutal on Olivetti, showed massive gap up the rail on head on. A strange one

Olivetti had overraced q badly imo, so think he'd have been aware that would need to be played late if did have anything left (is v much like ½-br that won the Britannia under patient ride, though prob speedier than that one)

Oisin and Buick among a whole host of totally over rated jockeys currently riding. Dettori still the best by a country mile.
