Jockey coach who thinks he was a good jockey back in the day and a perfect example of a jockey/ex jockey who doesn't accept criticism. No other sport like horse racing for this attitude.

if you criticise Spencer, Spencer won't talk to you. And none of his mates will either. If nobody talks to you, they will employ someone who they do talk to. So ... are you going to criticise him ? Jobs on the line, your call ....
