There has been a change in perception recently with Stewards and had new guidelines they want consistency.

Momentum Stewards have to decide would 2nd won race. With Momentum I would say yes. Could go either way for me. However 5.0 looks the value bet

That 'balance of probabilities' thing has suddenly disappeared - chucked into a bin labelled "too difficult/too much like hard work". It just seems to be "was there contact?" and "was it less than a head?" If so, chuck it out.
