The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination during routine testing revealed the gelding had lost its left fore shoe. Conor O’Farrell, the rider of HIGH NOON (IRE), placed second, was suspended for 2 days for using his whip without giving his horse time to respond after the final fence. |

Mentally, who knows. If you were in a race and lost your shoe, would you battle on giving it 100% or think fck this ive got no chance I cant be arsed. |
