Needed it for a huge treble and big single......I couldn't ask for more from either horse or jockey.

The flailing shop of Moore did the 2nd no favours.  Couldn't fault him for not putting his head there.  Hope the Stoute camp are happy, but a gelding winning a Group 1 brings nothing to the table.

best horse finished 3rd.hung across the track,and did not quite get home over 6f.
won easuily with a lead,rode late for speed.

Some would look upon it as the Prize-Money being compensation for the Owner being deprived  of potential Stallion Fees.

Selfish I know but I was glad Glen didn't win , backed it at the Curragh the last day and felt it was only a prep having watched Hollie gentle let it get home on its own steam if you get my point. They said the going was against it ,so why would you run it on similar going today . We know the answer now don't we...

highly unlikely the going would have been against GS last time given he had recorded his best effrts in the mud final 2 strts of last season...that much is obvious from the formbook, no matter what they trot out in defeat
