i got both up tonight at bath and perth for small amounts. showed up as settled but no funds received contacted un helpful desk whos first reply was i will transfer you to games department you cannot make it up.

Had incident in pp shop a couple of weeks ago...
Tote direct connection down so told do it on plain slip... Did a perm and got it for modest returns Nobody in shop had a clue how to settle them Rang neighbouring shops, same result, ditto area manager Then, unbelievably, head office told them the same They know me, so took my word that returns were what I said, just under 50 quid Also gave me a free tenner bet voucher for inconvenience |
