Should be gentleman's luxury hamper from Fortum & mason and five £10 vouchers....
but she dosn't know what she is talking about..... we missed it by 36 seconds ??
talked on twitter so much more helpful.....apparently I placed the bet 6 seconds after the off

There's little point talking to a stooge - they will only read from the script. Try taking it higher eg manager or supervisor. Either will be able to sort it out in your favour. Or get bet refer to department head. This will usually resolve in one's favour.
