BTW on a serious note, it's not the forum clock really, it's the whole site clock, which as I pointed out in my original post means that your money leaves at 12.05 instead of 11.05 and you lose a full day for that 5 mins, so 2 days becomes 3. When the clocks go back in the Autumn it'll revert to 2 days. This has been happening for years and that one thing in a nutshell sums up how useless this firm is at looking after it's customers.
I pray for the day someone comes up with a viable alternative, there's a huge opportunity for someone there, I bet they'd change the bloody clock then!! |

The laughable thing is that there is a clock right at the bottom of the Horse Racing Forum page which shows the correct time!
I took a snip of it a few minutes ago.... ![]() ![]() |

I'd not noticed that clock at the bottom of the page either . Having ignored it for so long the only way
betfair might respond to the forum clock issue is to complain about it on twitter as that appears to be their preferred channel of communication....however I don't do twitter so can't start the ball rolling. |

To complain or raise an issue about the website - you have to leave the site you are on - the one that is owned by the business you wish to raise the issue with - Log-in to the website of another separate business based in the USA (that is completely unrelated to the business you wish to complain about) and share all of your personal information and data with them - utter, utter madness!
![]() To "talk" to you - I have to join an American social media platform that I despise ![]() Imagine contacting your water or a utility supply company to discuss a billing issue - and they say they can't help you but if you sign up for a clothes shopping account with the GAP website - that they will be able to "talk" to you via that platform because that is their chosen method of customer communication. ![]() ![]() |
