What browser are you using? I was having problems with this using the Microsoft Edge browser, I logged in Betfair using Firefox and it works OK

I'd got an SP bet in that Haydock race that generated an update error when it went IP, then disappeared entirely, then came back after the race as unmatched, and settled as a winner.

basically the market worked like normal but you couldn't see your bets. doubt they'll do anything
