Just give allowances to overweight jocks. I see that some horses have 2lb overweight jocks.

The weight limits are stupid. Why not raise them by 20lb so jockeys don't have to starve themselves.

At least they are thin and not thick like you creating 10 freds a day 
they don't. But if they're not thin they have to be very short
