I've been given a £20 bonus to use during the festival but when i press the blue button to use it remains blue and is supposed to turn green.Any ideas why?

If it's from betting 20 quid on saturdays for the past 5 weeks then it's an exchange bonus on the racing.

I'm not sure where the bonus came from but it's a bonus to use on exchange on horse racing.Anybody else having a problem with it/

where you have the blue bonus sign, look to the right where there might be a slider you have to click on
