|
|

i wonder in the considered the wider implications for the sport and the race when they made there decision not to run in the grand national, rather than just wanting to wind aintree and this forum up.

oleary tells lucky he,s not a 166 horses so the only way to prove it is by running him in betfair bowl
does oleary think the bowl is over national fences,he,s handicapped on national form ,he should be running in sellers on his chase form over park fences |

Red Rum ran in sellers 1st... Nobody seems to think O'Leary might be thinking of the horse , if he thinks he's not well enough handicapped then he's right not to run him. Put it this way how many trainers and owners allow their horses run when they are badly handicapped, few if any unless they want to drop them in the weights . In this particular instance O'Leary has the horses welfare to consider , anyone remember last week the mayhem on here over horse welfare , poor O'Leary can't win it seems...

terrible decision it looks to me like a lose/lose situation - nobody wants to see him run in that race, if he gets stufed it looks plain daft and if for some reason he wins it will just be the most pointless victory ever and only be remembered as the race which should never have happened. better to retire after yesterday than muck about with that nonsense

By:
by all means dont run him
but why run him in graded race over park fences when was his last form over the park fences |

O'Leary is a spoilt brat. He has all the attributes to what's wrong in a human. Me me me. He made a wrong childish decision.
