firstly well done exeter for providing perfect racing ground today its great to see so many runners,however henry gondolf a non runner reason being the ground today? looking at the time ot the first race its riding good to soft/soft a horse running over 3 miles under rules on perfect jumping ground for prob the last time this year and obviously not wanting a slog on heavy ground at this trip for the first time under rules,why was it declared in the first place and wasting punters time any ideas?
