49 minutes ago and still not fixed.

Despite not having a losing race, I now have a minus account balance . Not depositing any money until this is sorted.

wonder what shape of zero the compensation for the missed winners will be from another bf shambles?

Be careful depositing any money. Its likely to leave your account before you get a chance to bet with it.

Looks like they've settled some though markets still open and so not showing yet on P&L.

No betting history on my account since 2.32pm and no sign of the winning bets I've placed since that time....not even listed as staked!

Oh well, lets hope this gets sorted before my entire balance is wiped out.

WTF, just refreshed my account and from £356 I have 86p and I have a few winners I still have not been paid out for since 2.32pm

I can't see how the can explain this from hundreds to pennies and I've done nothing!

They've now started paying me the wins when I have a win but the stake is absent without leave, so betting an odds on winner leaves one worse off than before the winner obliged, ffs!

they are correcting it one market at a time working backwards by the looks of it

I still can't see my account statement so can't see how they've settled - suspect mine is slightly short - hopefully I'll be able to check soon. My son has to show his workings for his Maths homework - I don't see why BF get away with it ;)

Firefox user here too and started all over again after logging out and then back in.

I got "you have no transactions" a while ago, did nothing but wait, and, hey presto!

ok well without telling you to clear cookies, one last thing u can try - click on my account and get the menu up, put your cursor over the account statement line - right click, then select open link in new tab, give it 30 secs see what it does

No firefox involved, just did nothing at all and waited.

It can take up to 10 minutes after a market is settled to add the records to your Account Statement

mine fixed itself sparrow. hope same for you

wisewords.....Still not working on either Firefox or Chrome after switching off for the day and as usual running c cleaner clearing cookies and history.

This morning mine will allow me to view page 1 of my account statement but not page 2 onwards!

Ah - clearing my cache and cookies for the last week in chrome seemed to do the trick - my account statement is back. BF are also e-mailing me an account statement. Sharing in case others also trying to sort. :)

Surely that’s wrong or else every time a horse doesn’t come out of the stalls or refuses to race or jockey falls off when the flag goes down will now have to be declared a non runner could become messy and surely a precedent has now been set

Can’t remember the horses name but I backed one a few weeks ago & it was an identical incident & it was definitely declared a runner.we need a uniformity in these decisions,it’s not rocket science.

Defo Barrowboy maybe declared NR due to starters incompetence but doesn’t make it right
