will run unless he runs badly in the cross country chase again.

Sincerely hope he doesn't run; signs are that he is past his peak and hopefully they will retire him if he runs moderately in the cross country.

The present price can only be more than previous antepost. And, with his inexplicably below par performance a cashout if return is near or equal to stake money. Tiger Roll does not seem to be the same horse post injury.

Impossible- I backed him in May, 20/1 @365, currently same price.

'Rory', Tiger Roll is 23 here (matched at 28), only 12/1 with 'Sly' (nrnb). I think unless he's rejuvenated (rather unlikely given his injury and age) I cannot see him as effective as the season prior to the cancellation of The National due to Covid; his runs since the injury were woeful and certainly not the same Tiger Roll we knew. He's also 11 yrs old, and with him high up in the National weights I cannot see Tiger Roll running into a place let alone win.
With 365 not (nrnb) I'd take the cashout, and back him here (for a smaller stake), if one is loyalty inclined. I think Tiger Roll may not even show here if his next run is as abysmal as his previous 3 runs. But the choice is yours (not mine). |

No way can he win the National off current rating as it looked like he has declined last season and another year on his back. Trade out if you can and back him again if somehow he makes it on the day.
