I am still waiting for a matched bet on Young Buck last week at Hereford to be paid to me after they voided it due to a in running issue, even though i placed my bet before the off.
absolutely disgraceful customer service, cant even bother to email me with an explanation. |

Happened to me a few times. Last time I forgot about the rick and doubled my losses by laying again!
Twice I have spent ages on Twitter demonstrating errors and once proven, they say they will pass it on to the relevant department. Then no further updates and those errors still exist today. Shocking but for me it is the only game in town as have to put up with it. |

Brian...That is the big problem these days with all big companies as you only deal with messengers and the people who are responsible will never under any circumstances talk to you.

You are quite correct and this is a serious problem .I raised it with Betfair back in the spring when it was particularly prevalent in australian betting as they have lots of late withdrawals . I raised it again this past week as there have been some critical late withdrawals and bets "disppearing " onto the MY Bets page .I have been informed that they are treating it seriously and hope to have a fix soon and i believe this information as my contact has proved reliable in the past

Brian, similar happened to me last Friday, a horse was withdrawn well before the race and two unmatched bets 'disappeared', instead of just having a reduction factor applied. Layed the horse again, only for the two original bets to then be matched at BFSP on the off. I realised what had happened as it crossed the line, cost me a ton and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. No doubt I'll have to issue legal proceedings to recover my money. It's beyond a joke.

My experience in the Cambridgeshire a few weeks ago shows what we are up against. I was trying laying the field in the place market and I always put "keep" as persistence to save re-entering on non-runner situation. I had laid a few when the bets disappeared and despite trying different browsers (and different operating systems) couldn't get them to re-appear. After more than an hour (at the end of which they acknowledged the problem), I decided I couldn't possible manage the situation so decided to green/red up what I had laid.
Cutting long story short here, I cancelled all the unmatched bets bar one which wouldn't cancel for some inexplicable reason but at least it was showing up on unmatched bets list with persistence of "c" (to be cancelled). Couldn't understand it but the price had drifted so I thought that would be OK. When the race was on, I realised that was entered as a "k", showing as a "c" had now been matched at bsp "p". It didn't place, some small compensation, but you couldn't make it up. How many different bugs in that one example? |

See my thread on the greyhound forum, 4-5 weeks later and still not fixed and the dog now 4.3 second fav after my bets at 65,60,55,50 have all gone missing when they wrongly settled them as losers and messed up when trying to amend them, it's a display issue they say
I can only imagine the hassle I'll have trying to get paid should the dog win on Saturday... Since them knackers from Clonskeagh got involved betfair have gone to sh*t |

Well Premier at least they knew of the problem, I also get frustrated that I need to spend hours explaining the problem to the "Customer Services" rep as they obviously don't tell their own staff of issues. On one of my calls during my long educating Betfair session, the guy suddenly says "Coincidentally my colleague is dealing with someone with the same issue". I felt screaming at him (except it's Twitter) "no it's not a coincidence!".
The issue I had last Saturday which cost me money, I never bothered getting in touch - it's just not worth it which is perhaps their strategy. |

They know of the problem but tried to refund my stakes as a gesture of goodwill 2 weeks back when the dog was trading around 9/2, no I'm not making that up....
They're beyond useless now |
