Someone backing second at the track at Warwick - that closer was never in shot as stated above.
Only alternative explanation is someone has access to a faster feed.

I think that is to be expected if you end up on the high-latency stream, per BF's initial post on the subject.

Why you ended up on the high-latency stream is the bit we would all like the answer to.
