This site has not been working properly for at least a week, every time I have placed a bet it has not deducted the stake from my balance, every time there is a problem it takes week or even months before it gets sorted out, all the time they have the sportsbook they cant be bothered to prioritise the exchange site.

display issues for weeks, bets not showing though being matched, bets duplicated yet only one matched, etc, etc

website coding is in the dark ages on some parts of the site, all flash and javascript needs updating

It's been playing up for dyas.  Fell over Sat, and was certainly playing up Thurs and Fri, possibly longer.  I'm going to suggest to my grandson (aged 3) that he could make a good career as a systems specialist at Betfair, and if he plays his cards right he could start next week.

what a mess, I imagine a lot of people are miscalculating hedge bets because of this...

i told Betfair weeks ago that the site was having display issues with wrong amounts showing on the exchange screen, I had one instance whereby a £300 win bet matched was showing as £600 matched (despite only 1 x £300 match being shown in account history)

the only matched bets i can see on the website are from *AFTER* the crash... nothing at all shown from before

API shows all of them properly

ADMIN let me know to whom I must contact for my refund because of your crash of exchance and because of this I not capabable to take my green and lost...

Yeh, I'm getting that onlooker. I thought it was just my bad memory again, but you're right, it normally refreshes immediately after placing a bet. Have to keep clicking the refresh thingy.

Another recent Glitch - well months probably - is...

- if you try to change the  Matched Bets Button from - 'Consolidated' to 'Average odds' ... Then - The whole MARKET LPCKS Solid - and you have to Refresh the complete page.

Often/usually the same changing from - 'Payout' to 'Liability' - which is extremely annoying. - as, additionally, you do not have sufficient 'Market' TIME to waste REFRESHING the whole Betfair page.

Of course, Betfair will be OBLIVIOUS to these GLITCHES Cry - as they do not do these Actions 'in-house' - and are NOT PUNTERS/Customers - and only 'Test' out site functionality in NON-Pressure/Time scenarios - like PRE-Race during the mornings

Been quite a few glitches last few days, bets not showing, balance not refreshing, BLV not working, showing logged out of forum when logged in on site. Think a crash is in-coming probably 2pm Saturday

I've just shut down for the day.  Balance intermittently not updating.  Races on card going dormant, bets not always going in, prices refreshing stopping from time to time.  Looks like it's about to blow up.
