seriously do you guys even watch when these races start, no I/R there at Chelmsford, what kind of of clown show are you running.

I'd almost rather an announcement saying 'IR Players, go **** yourselves', this constant incompetence is even more infuriating.
I backed the winner,but balance hasn’t gone up.....And no bets showing !!
i rarely bet in running but i did this time, soon after the jump, and still waiting for it to be settled, seems very odd
my bet on the RFC has been voided. any idea why?
In any other business if the staff mess up the customer is usually compensated - but hey - this is Betfair...... I have lost count of all the times that I have lost money because of bad service... I don't bet on Football anymore....

n/r Charlton always voids the f/c market
The NR was this morning and when I placed the bet there were 6 runners in the market (and actually to prove that, it was a FC market not RFC, so they clearly had allowed for the NR)
Didn't see anything obvious. Bets struck at 1748, race off at 1800
am on to their live chat...should be interesting to hear the excuse.

my bet was matched in running with the liability and the profit showing but it hasn't been settled and now all trace of it has disappeared
All my winning Forecast bets all placed pre-race from 5.57 to 6.01 seem to have been voided.

I said you cannot strike a FC bet after the off. the strike time given for my bets is 17:48

The F/c Market had 30 options (for 6 runners) so that was correct, all the time
My last bet was 18:01 and was taken.

I had a pair of f/c on the 3 and 4 horse, both matched at 17;25, both have been voided 
Very strange you guys have your forecast bets voided and my each-way bet has disappeared entirely!

Always watch re ya fc bets lads - i mentioned this to Willie sumtime last year cos i play fc markets quite a bit - its amazing how they seemingly "miss" a losing fc bet when it shud be voided due to a late nr-happening more and more these days due to this covid biz wiv horses not going in- and yet amazingly if ya do hav the "winning "fc up its always settled within a minute as a n/r.......
Now not being cynical but shud you be a wet behind the ears punter on ere then its their form of a "sleeper" and ive had the same sort of clueless convos wiv inept customer service agents as Charlton has alluded to on so many occasions where they eventually raise it wiv someone who has a scooby do and eventually ya get ya muny back

the recruitment is obviously the issue
occasionally you get an agent that understands racing and then its fine
if you've been stacking shelves and studied film & television or social science and now you are faced with the smarties on here...these people should not be employed by BF
