I see another one of my post's criticizing Betfair (none existent) customer service has been removed. Never mind This will be my last post anyway, see how long this one lasts.

To Pushkin and anyone else that wants to listen, I'll say this. Betfair have got to a stage where they are totally uninterested in the satisfaction or otherwise of their customers. They feel that others have tried to copy their exchange model and have failed so are in that comfort zone of feeling they have a monopoly.

Like most things in life, people are not really interested until something affects them directly and I can tell you, if and when you have a cause to deal with these people you will understand to what a terribly low level they have reached.

I have just opened an account with B ETDAQ, I had a problem with the account process (it was my error), I contacted someone on their live chat and it took 5 minutes to sort. I typed, he replied instantly and the whole thing was sorted quickly and easily. None of this you type, they reply "ok give me 15 minutes to look into this"!!

This is not sour grapes, I'm just amazed they have operated like this for so long and not lost custom. I now have an exchange account at B ETDAQ and play I poker at BET356, so I'm only losing out in the lack of liquidity and available markets on the new exchange. This would change if more people followed my lead and made the jump to a company that deserves and actually values your custom.

As for my poker issue that still hasn't been sorted, I've passed it over to IBAS and will get my money eventually. For the sake of 16 quid, Betfair have lost all my exchange commission and poker rake for years to come. That's the sort of short sited business you are dealing with, leave them, join me over at purple and then see how quickly they change their tune.

Betfair are a terrible company that has grown too big to bother about their custom and deserve to get their comeuppance.

i do a lot of my trading on daq, the site isnt as good but just get used to it, and i ususlly get my withdrawels inside 2 days

I've setup withdrawal by debit card on here... (instead of PP) how long does it take?

i went through a stage of having a number of bets wrongly settled by betfair sportsbook on HK racing. the customer service were pretty poor and just kept repeating the lies the "traders" told them. it was about 12 bets over a year or two. eventually they were all corrected but if i'd listened to customer service i would have been wronged each and every time. I have never, ever had a dispute with any other bookmaker

This is definitely my last post! I've just put a Daq review on trust pilot, I've copied and pasted it below and also another from about a month ago from someone else who had also had enough.

Refreshing exchange betting
Recently opened an account following continuous problems with Betfair. Pleasantly surprised with ****. No issues with incorrect settlements or money disappearing from my balance without explanation nor ridiculous deductions for rule 4 withdrawn horses. I had to get in contact with **** re an opening account promotion. They responded immediately by email and sorted the issue instantly. I am not used to such good service with exchange betting!! I just wish more people would use **** as the only issue I have is liquidity affecting markets. I really hope their market share grows as they are so much more professional and courteous.

I opened an account with **** after some terrible experiences with the customer services at Betfair. After just one interaction with Andrew at **** I can instantly say I've made the right move. I would rate the experience as a 10/10 and refreshing change to what I've been used to elsewhere. Brilliant service!!!

Mine is the second but I could literally have written either. Make the jump and show these t!ts what people power can do.

I like to speak about problems by phone. I don't mind waiting whilst they go and consult other staff if the problem is too much.
I've had security issues in the past and twitter just doesn't cut it.
Time is of the essence when money goes missing so 140 characters a pop with some spotty oik is not good enough.
It's fackin amateur hour.
If I see a company doesn't have a phone customer service number then I would not sign up as a matter of principle

To guarantee the number of places use the exchange place markets.
