It didn't pay off for him yesterday on Breath Of Air, and he tries again today on Lady Bowthorpe.
I wouldn't have thought Moore has ridden at 8-6 too often in recent seasons (though I stand to be corrected), but with Ireland off the agenda for now and jocks limited to one meeting a day, is Ryan having an early pop at the jockeys championship iyo?

As you say with Ireland off the agenda then many trainers will be after his services for obvious reasons but jockey`s championship is not remotely on his mind.
Agree FELT, George not a chance he is concerned about jockey championship. Why would you consider that a concern of his?
I was just curious to see him riding at 8-6 on consecutive days, when was the last time he did that?
On Friday at Donny he stayed to the last to ride one for Amanda Perrett, yesterday he stayed to the last to ride for Mick Channon (albeit a short priced fav) and today he's staying to the bitter end to ride one for Ian Williams!
I'm not saying he is going for the title, but getting down to his absolute minimum weight and staying to ride in the finales, you could be forgiven for thinking he's hungry for winners!

Every ride from him at the moment seems the same, reactive and riding like that will lose more races than it will win
