The Sunday series has got plenty of criticism. I don't know why as it is a big improvement on the previous Sunday fare : good prize money and offering the chance for smaller outfits. I enjoyed yesterday's coverage with the spots involving Neil Callan and Richard Fahey. It shows what you can provide if you aren't trying to squeeze 10 races into two hours TV coverage.

Sorry Manoleeds but I do not think the County Stand dress code is absurd.
It was correct to relax it yesterday but there is nothing wrong with asking people to observe certain dress codes sometimes. W

The bit that gets me is in hot weather women can wear skimpy clothing that keeps them cool. Men have to wear and keep on a jacket and tie (except in exceptionally hot weather) which makes for feeling unpleasant. Surely a collared shirt, no jeans and no trainers policy would do?

'lovegod', I've always asked myself that whenever he comes on. Maybe a close associate of a major donor (another gravy trainer). He adds no dimension to the coverage, in my opinion.

I like Adele in the role of Cumani. I also like Mangan as pre/post analyst whose opinions could be forthright and acidic at times, and rightly so most of the time. But, she's working for RUK today.

They interview Dettori who says the horse slipped at the start.
Goes back to Ed who then says 'sounds like the horse slipped at the start', on the ball is Ed.

Are they still doing the thing whereby if they're answering a question they call another name on the team to bring them into the conversation and so on? I noticed similar on Racing TV whereby they try to say each others name as often as possible.

I think Megan is doing an ok job whilst learning the ropes. Just as well though that Papa is who he is though as she dropped out of school before doing her ' A' level exams.

Why, when the presenter makes a comment, does Chapman have to nod his head furiously? Does he think that because he does that the presenter is right so we all have to accept it as right?

Three sat at a table in the Windosr enclosure -say its £30 to get in. I thought that's not bad but when I look online £37 each -and that's at least 2 furlongs from the finish . £46 later in the week .

Maybe in years to come I will think the current crop of terrestrial TV presenters were ok. At the moment no. Oli to nice, Rishi better at bowls, you need a Chappers type, sometimes because of the way he goes on, the trainers etc offer up more. Not saying at times he is not trying. Not really sure about AP or Ruby. Ruby always reminds me he thinks he is doing the world a favour by allowing us to see him. Maybe to much exposure brings in that saying...familiarity breeds contempt?
