Ive been going on about these display issues for some time now. Others rarely seem to experience them making me think 'is it me' and then eventually the issues surface for others. Essentially there seem to be lots of underlying issues with bet display and p & L display.

We've run into some issues on the Exchange at the moment and we're currently doing our best to get this resolved as soon as possible.
Apologies for the inconvenience being caused.

Exactly - But the probable 'fresh out of Uni' geeks who run the IT dept and the thus the company, think that everybody lives on sodding Twatter.

Couldnt they sort this site out whilst the majority of sports were off for the last couple of months? Or were the IT guys too busy filming the next PG tips advert?

The state of purple is down to us though, how many times down the years have we all moaned and groaned when the site goes down, saying about let's move, teach them a lesson etc, etc, as soon as the site comes back it all goes quiet and we funnel back in line.

Seriously the lack of investment should be very worrying to Exchange players - the Forum removal from the Menu points to it being a certainty to go and just the general feeling of malaise points to an owner that isn't interested.
Puddy Poors must make money from it surely?

After all these years they still can't find hardware/software to cope - their IT spend will be astronomical - those useless scientists will find a vaccine for C-19 before Betfair ever become masters of their systems.

I can't believe they are not interested in the exchage, unless exchanges are outlawed then they are here to stay and all the custom that they generate, if BF ceased with them, would migrate elsewhere, they aren't going to give that away.
The problem is that BF have such a strangle hold on the exchange market they just don't have anyone out there to keep them honest when things go wrong. They know for a fact that all of us will be there tomorrow.
