Am I the only person still getting inconsistent/stop-start/frozen/slow pics from Live Video.
I put a thread up yesterday stating I had a Macbook Pro with Firefox/Google Chrome browser and decent internet connection. Thought I'd give the in-play another go today but it's still crap!
Prior to the racing break all was fine, but now it's all over the place.
I'm surprised others can be betting in-play using Live Video, unless they have Racing TV?

Fear not,fortunethebrave. You're not alone. Totally random here, 1 good race then 1 bad. Mostly ok tbf but the odd stinker of a race in there
I find after hitting "live stream' and the live stream box comes up, it freezes before they're off so I have to refresh the stream, which goes blank/dark for ages, then if I'm lucky the racing comes back up, but even then the pics are frozen - I'm not kidding. I even tried the the "purple exchange" but theirs was the same. Everything else on my computer running fine, just betfair live pictures - please someone help/advise?
I had a similar problem a few days ago live video page wouldn't load at all on the RTV feed, switched from chrome to edge and it fixed it.
Its generally poor but MAC Firefox generally best for me.

rtv pic will only work for me on firefox. Tried edge, chrome and ie but just get a black screen. I've gone back to watching on rtv as .4 of a second isn't worth it for the poor quality pictures if you're not playing late on.
I now know what Mr Magoo sees watching these pictures.Absolutely effing useless.Worked ok when you had to have a bet to watch.
Thanks for replies - I'm going to give it a miss for a week and hope the live pics improve by Royal Ascot week.

The only thing that went right today was packing up halfway through the afternoon when losing mildly and not losing any more.

Any races from ATR are absolute garbage while RTV are fine. Bet365 reception is 100 times better here in Thailand
