Hi guys ...keep your fingers crossed but i think its solved .Behind the scenes i got the CEO of Flutter Peter Jackson to intervene and kick some butt and with the help of a guy called Alan Loughrey .I have been told they fixed it a few minutes ago and mine is now working fine Hope yours is working as it should .
Peter jackson should be commended cos he took my criticisms and explanations seriously and most big comppany CEO's dont .

mine was fecked earlier, just been through the same markets and now seems ok, so cheers for trying and fingers crossed it's sorted
Pity you didn't post this on the 404 thread which has been running since the beginning of April.

Well done Mont, Id noticed that I had nt been directed to the 404 page for a while and was wondering if i was dreaming. It goes to show that it wasnt that hard of a fix and beggers belief that it took so long. Furlough or not - a company of their size, their IT and customer service is pathetic, to let this go on for 7/8 weeks.

If you think you have sorted that problem out,can you find out why the default stake no longer shows in the sp lay box like it always did,as of 8 weeks ago reported it but to no avail.

The OP is obviously very well connected as no help was available from the "tech teams" to any of the people on here who contacted betfair continuosly for nearly 2 months.
No different to racing you need an edge to win imo and Mon has an edge to get a problem with the site ironed out.Thank you.
