Have tried phoning all day ( pressed button 3 for cancel !!! ) Can't get any further - All my Emails are returned as Spam !!! ) Anyone have another Racing UK Email address -Thank you

Maybe they're waiting to see what the Irish decide, but surely it would be good PR to contact subscribers offering them a deal to reduce fees for 12 months?

I got through after 18 minutes....
George.... i was just gonna cancel but instead asked if they were gonna reduce subscriptions ....she replied that the powers that be were having discussions about what steps they were gonna take in the next couple of days and we'll find out then. |

Just e-mailed this to them, I'm not sitting on the phone for ages waiting to be put through.
Hi, I am very surprised that you haven’t contacted me to ask if I wanted to continue using your service as there hasn’t been any UK/Irish racing for days now and there is no sign of it returning in the near future. Please cancel my subscription forthwith and refund any charges you have made for a service that is completely unsuitable for myself and most other Racing enthusiasts. |
