We want to share an important update with our Betfair Community users.
Over the coming months, the Betfair Community platform will be winding down. The final active day for the platform will be December 21st. From December 22nd, users will no longer be able to access the platform.
Your discussions, insights, engagement, and, most importantly, feedback have helped shape the platform and guided innovation. Your feedback continues to be important to us, and we will continue to listen via our dedicated feedback channels, as well as through product testing and innovations.

You mean punters? This is innovation, it's above and beyond the business model. Who would ordinarily fund that if it isn't part of the required service?ATR have a long history of serving up bare bones mince and not giving a damn about the problems it causes.
its hard to make a call on what rtv have done without knowing the deal they done with BF
+ if rtv produce a live product, at a price, to replace the underground ft pics you still have a situation where relatively few benefit and little changes with liquidity, with 'watch and bet' this opens it up to everyone and creates a form of betting that is very attractive to new customers of a younger age, so the trickle down rtv could be more significant down the line in future deals too

I do think they are missing a trick however. They should do as ATR do and treat IR customers with contempt through the bf exchange, and give them the same old rubbish ATR have always served up.Then had their own Live product supply a fast feed for a price.
