Are they currently down ? I had a few months break as more into flat racing. Gone back on their website and the video form option not worked properly for last 2 weeks or so. When it does work, you cannot forward the video and have to sit through the full 10mins clip to watch the race.
Not sure if its them or my laptop, tried email them twice with no response.

Months ago the same thing happened to me and others for a few days Cribs but has been right as rain since then....renders the site unusable when it happens

It drives me mad....having to sit through a 15 mins clip to watch a 1 minute race......that's if it loads at all

Just had a search....i started a thread on 20th August about the problem and it wasn't sorted till the 11th September

I have never experienced any issues, I have watched a few replays today myself and it has been fine for me. Forwards fine as well for me.
