enable 3rd party cookies He has to unblock the plugin, 3rd party cookies are unlikely to do that. In any case as he doesn't know what a browser is, I will be utterly astonished if he has manually blocked 3rd party cookies. |

I had it on firefox but not google. fixed it by clicking on the lock image.

Im on chrome and on the odd occassion for some reason plugin has been blocked without any intention from me.

Easier than that.
Click "Live Stream" - window pops up but video won't load. Right-click on padlock at top-left of pop-up window. Change Flash to "Allow" job done. |
