I thought there had to be a minimum of 3 bookmakers to return a SP? I thought that also . I was at Wolverhampton a few years ago and there was hardly anyone there and only a couple of bookmakers . The Ring Inspector asked Pat Cash , who was there purely as a spectator , if he had his boards in the car and if so could he go and get them to make up the numbers ! |
