Billy's is useful to know about as you don't need an account apparently. No good for me though as I play one meeting at a time and study the US market. I have got ATR but that has been useless for me for years as well.

Yep. Not just Tampa,Hawthorne is down as well. They didn't have any US markets on the exchange last night till Delta Downs at 22.55. That wasn't working so I went to bed,assuming it was a one-off.
Netflix binge coming up.

Same for me. Stopped working yesterday for all US horse racing. Streams are working fine on other betting sites so at least can still watch the races.
