And to comply with the perversities of some, not a mention of the jockey whilst awaiting the BHA response.Molerat simply says he was gelded early because he was a "Bit of a lad" and no pretentions to be anything other than a horse that races. He does say however that he will get maximum assistance from the saddle by an up and coming young apprentice who adopted the Mark Johnstone manta of "ALWAYS TRYING".A tidy rider apparently who rode a cracker again at Windsor today, horsemanship being his Forte' and learning his trade quicker than even the champion apprentice.

We must not mention this though so to the horse, the "experts" say the ground will not suit him and molerat actually agrees. He said he would prefer it if the grass was a slightly different shade of green but accepts that not everyone shares the eyesight of a horse, particularly one so young with Noble Locks. So in his opinion that is a negative but he thinks the horse will head to the stands rail given the more favourable shade and where most shun in soft ground,if his rider allows this.

He says he has been told (In the laundry room somewhere) by a jockeys equipment technician who used to be a Valet, never specified his previous employer but said he did like a punt, now riding work molerat says having been caught backing his own horses. That may be fiction but I am not prepared to comment or judge on others who want to win, none of my business, when they want them to lose...........different thing.........sure Oscar will agree if it comes to my attention.

Anyway enough of the frivolity, molerat said he thinks the horse is capable of an OR at least 6lb higher and like the technician is confident that despite colour of the grass and mud underneath could bring about that much improvement.

All he says otherwise is that he will be very surprised if Little Brown Trout goes off at 12/1 as a few fancy him to be doing his best.

Good luck if you have a guddle (Scots for tickling trout in a burn, done it many times up the Bishop Kemo, pink flesh Loch Levens best) and good luck if you have an ew dabble as always.

FFS some people are sensitive, molerat just emailed again to bollock me to point out that he was not gelded as a youngster and has not been "A bit of a lad" since Lizzy. Some people have no SOH and lie on E Harmony whatever that may be,no explanation on the PM.SadConfused

still no stake toby so its 200 on the nose unless you tell me shortly ,

ohh did i point out until sundays solitary winner toby had suggested win bets on 19 consecutive LOSERS , so if yrt punting be very careful ,  this was stopped to be fair with an 8/1 winner followed by TWO more losers , a broken clocks right twice a day dont forget

at the moment his strike rate last 2 months is 3 percent , not the 70percent he claimed in september it dropped when i started recording his bets
