Try changing your reward package,basic package charges 2%

My Account -> My Betfair Account -> look half way down on the right and see what package you are on - "Basic" is 2%, "Rewards" is 5% and "Rewards+" is 8%.

I dont play Games/Casino at all and Sportsbook hardly at all, so picked Basic.

You need to select a package howard otherwise you won't get the concession.

Longbridge,it’s been available for the last 3 or 4 months

I've selected it sparrow. Barrowboy I think mine was on the 8% one but I haven't been charged that.

It does say in the TCs that it can be taken away again, and its in 'beta' mode so I wouldnt count your chickens just yet

ive never had money from the cash race...cant get a bet on sportsbook...……..never had a promotion  so basic is the best for me

as far as i know happysan, yes, im on between 3.5 and 4.5 and ive gone on basic

The fact you are on 5.9% suggests you're outside the UK.  It should be really obvious from your "My Betfair Rewards" page whether the 2% is available to you or not (I've no idea if it's available to those outside the UK).

They have been charging me up to 6 %, although 4.7% at mo, not winning so much lately.

Hopefully it's competition and they got sick of purple calling themselves the 2% commission exchange

Didn't expect that. As someone else said it is a no-brainer particularly for exchange only punters.
