Anybody else having issues viewing racing replays on racing t.v?

There's a couple of threads on this already. I've brought them to the top.

Saddlers, have you phoned them?.....I did a couple of days ago, told them of the problem......a video comes up prior to the race...click on play and does so for a small fraction of a second, then goes back to start. No way of dragging the cursor to start of race. The lady on the phone picked a couple of races at random....both worked for her....then asked her supervisor who suggested updating flash player.

I have done this but still does not work for all....the odd one seems to though!
For what they charge compared to ATR, which is working fine, I can only hope that they have been inundated with similar calls(no mention of that when I called), and will fix the problem ASAP.
