Firm or Soft side of Good?
Quite important from the first race as they have said Dakota Gold won't run if it is on the firm side.

I remember Tim Easterby saying if you enter for York you run no matter what the ground. I cant see Dodds being any different and the way he Won the last Day he would be a idiot not to run.

Dakota Gold declared but do want to go all in 5/1 pulled out quickly on likely much quicker ground and with a penalty? I backed him on Saturday but happy to just watch him win at that price.

Any updates? Map looked like possible showers heading in that direction tomorrow.
Looks a very difficult first day for punting but I don't think the couple I was thinking about would want rain. |
