Unable to see race replay on RP website. When they perform an "upgrade" always seems to send the site back 18 months. Why don't they leave things alone OR employ people who know what they're doing?

Nearly all pages on Racing Post, I get this error on Chrome.........

400 Bad Request
Request Header Or Cookie Too Large
nginx/1.17.2

Tried deleting cookies/cache, etc

@Big Boss -- problem is at their end, possibly with one particular nginx (or other cache) server which they need to restart. Try reporting the error to the Racing Post, especially if you can give them all the page headers, especially the ones starting with X-, that will help them track down which server is to blame.

they dont even reply to emails any more, pointless exercise, cancelled my subscription a while back due to the shoddiness of the site, only use it for free stuff now

Bearing in mind that this is a subscription service this site is a disgrace - I have reported problems on many occasions and all one gets is a platitude ..... apologising ......  a lot of good that does.

This is the problem of the Racing Post having a virtual monopoly on what they offer - I like the content and the fact that one can store comments and ratings which I do daily plus having replays all on the one site but we deserve a site that performs well on a consistent basis.

RP seems sorted now. In fairness to their customer service, they are extremely helpful.

Onlooker - no, but tomorrow's cards and beyond give me the "400 Bad Request" error message. Whatever they're trying to achieve, the result's been been a fiasco.
