The most informative and positive thing with the advent of technology on horse racing is we as punters and followers of the sport can actually watch the race soon after (unlike the ticker-tape and SiS days); make our own analysis; have our own opinions. And, not rely on either the race reporter or the many pundits spouting their penny-worth race analogy and opinions.
It's a wonderful feeling when one can hold one's destiny in one's hands; the vindication of getting it correct is more of a buzz than the financial reward sometimes. |
