ATR web site seems to be struggling today ?

I can't recall the last time you couldn't even log in for so long, years for me.

It is generally excellent but today its like treacle and actually fails on some pages

I can't even log in today, have tried a few times now.

Unusable from mid morning onwards....thankfully got most of my work done 1st thing

Have just tried to contact them but of course their form submission is not working on the site either.

Still not working after over 24 hours since problem began. No access to horse form when clicking on a horse

All the more frustrating as was working perfectly early this morning Olias.

There is a link on the homepage about technical difficulties but when you click it you get technical difficulties Mmmm..

Has become steadily worse ever since Sky took over.

Fine again early this morning.

Just responding to Ihal’s post; some parts of the ATR site have been affected by an issue we believe is with our hosting provider over the past three days. The tech team at ATR  have been working throughout to get to the root of the problem and we’ve been talking to the provider to try a variety of fixes; they are going to test some elements of the code themselves over the weekend too.. It seems to  improve for a while but then the issues reoccur. Hopefully it is something that will be fixed in the next couple of days; we haven’t made any changes this week but are still rolling back previous development cycles in the hope that we can spot the rogue element.

In the meantime we’ve increased the server capacity to double our usual needs  in order to limit some of the damage.

Completely shot again tonight, pity they have made strides in gaining market ground on RP but are losing customers in droves over this

Twas ok for a couple of days but gone t1ts up again today.

They need a teky expert to sort the mess out. They should hit up Zodie's butcher.

I posted on the 24th the same...been prob. on/off since...bit the bullet and got on the Life now
