The Irish Oaks: Iridessa (Lordan) and Pink Dogwood (Moore) vs Star Catcher (Dettori) and Fleeting (Donnacha) - the protagonists of Pretty Polly vs Ribblesdale; Donnacha normally chooses his brother's (Iridessa) charge over his dad's (Fleeting). Could that be significant?

Pink Dogwood and Iridessa are on the drift, with money for Fleeting; lightning striking twice two weeks running post Ten Sovereigns?

We can assume nothing - that Moore is on the best of A O Brien's fillies? Don't know - it depends on what "the lads" want.

I hope Donnacha will make the difference.

Might only be a split screen to watch with Market Rasen clashing all the time.

Group 2 at the Curragh,no commentary, split screen with an ffng jumps race in the middle of summer.

Why aren't there separate feeds?

Yes a chase at MR gets preference over a G2 so I guess the class 4 handicap chase at 5.05 will get preference over the G1 Oaks with lots of British runners. Racing TV needs two channels

The annoying thing is that greasy prat Lynch giving the mechanics of the race.

The jockey won the race (again); Dettori the best jockey around.

The Greatest rode them to sleep lol Moore was his usual Frank Spencer but PD not gone on and doubt win again but Donnacha was very poor eh Fleeting an unlucky horse the jocks its had up still progressing thou

Frankie is equivalent to Peter Shilton when the former "helped" Notts Forest to win the League and European Cup single handedly.

If it was me I’d be getting Oisin in ASAP.....Moore is not even in the top 15 jockeys i would say in the UK....let alone Ireland.....if not worse than that.

If any consolation for backers of Fleeting she was closer to Star Catcher her conqueror in the Ribblesdale this time. But, Dettori won the race.

He just keeps it simple eh sit in the van or dictate eh not rocket science eh Frank Spencer school of hard knocks plain idiotic eh hold up and hope for luck.Frankie takes this out of the equation mostly and its why he s the best. Why compicate things when on the better horses.Hope we see the back of sourpuss soon ..

I backed Fleeting but no real complaints.
By:

When: 20 Jul 19 17:49
No worries...Fleeting may go for the Yorkshire Oaks where she may get stuffed (again) by Mehdaayih another starlet of Gosden; Pink Dogwood will probably stay at home or go to France. Just hope Moore is not on the former.

When someone who criticises the same person over and over again to the exclusion of everyone else for over three years it is bullying as far as I am concerned and I will always oppose bullies.

No I am opposing a bully as I have done all my life. I did not name him Bungle, it was another forumite but it seemed appropriate at the time. If you are happy to support a bully then so be it.
