No I don't. All trainers who have a saddle slip due to their incompetance in not doing everything yp tightly enough should be banned for a month! Have always felt really strongly about this, its not rocket science, it really isn't.Just cos it made a mistake if it was done up tight enough it wouldn't have slipped.

I think you will find that every horse ridden by a Conditional/Apprentice jockey has to have their girths checked at the start.
Blaming the trainer or his representitve seems harsh, as the saddling-up is done either in the racecourse stables or in the pre-paddock boxes.
It is clearly visable that following Naasik's blunder at the second last the saddle moved back and that was the catalyst for the unseat nearing the last hurdle.
