Looked a damn good horse today,good ride from Ruby.

Yes the horse jumped brilliantly, he rode it well.

I'm not sure he had much to do, that's not knocking him but that horse was travelling all over that bunch the whole trip!

That's some horse to travel and jump that well and then show that turn of foot at the end to put distance between the rest. Could be shaping up to be some king george next year.

Even Luke Harvey would have won on that, absolutely hosed up and travelled sweetly throughout! A very smart performance indeed.

I thought Francome was the best I have ever seen but I have to say Ruby is every bit as good.

I think Jacob tried to put it up to him on BDM but just couldnt go with him.

I wonder if they are thinking that's the way they should have set out to ride him in the Gold Cup. I know I am. Perhaps seeing some daylight helps his jumping.

horses that front run put everything in their favour. They dictate pace, they have clear sight of fences, they dont run risk of fallers etc.. if you have a horse that travels and stays its criminal imo if you hold it up - you just give the horse less chance to win imo

Different Day different track different Jockey different tactics choose whatever one you like differentdrum.

Any of the top 5 or 6 jockeys riding in Ireland would be the top jockey in the UK if riding there.

Would struggle methinks without the patronage many of them get in Ireland.

Poetry in motion, Walsh can ride brilliantly from the front on a top notch chaser. Kimboy looked a wonderful leaper and def on my Gold Cup list for next year.
