1) What was the approximate date?

2) What compensation did they offer you?

3) Did they make you aware of the debt and give you chance to pay it first?

4) Have you ever been a victim of identity fraud?

Here is a link to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office. If you think your personal data, should not have been passed to a 3rd party.

Not quite! I had a one year deal, paid in advance, ended last Saturday, I phoned them, no deals on so told them not interested, days latter got letter saying they were unable to collect payment and if not pay them the debt would be passed to debt collect agency, I phoned them and told them they are all a bunch of koonts and that is no way to run a company, they said it was computer generated letter!! No sorry, no remorse, just a bunch of koonts, I told them 99% of their staff on the show were also useless guessing gravy train coward koonts
