Just rang Helpdesk 2 minutes ago .Problems happen ,I understand that ,I was ringing to complain about no information through either
the Service page on the forum ,or on their live Twitter feed.When I asked why they said that the problem had only occurred a few minutes ago!
That's even more worrying that 15 minutes after things going wrong ,they are not even aware of it. Shambolic is just one way of describing it!

Last week happened to have a winning bet matched and when the market was settled i not got any of my winnings
contacted them and the bet was never placed according to BF yet it was showning in my P/L on the market it had
Now tonight i have a few bets not able to cancel bet they are matched if losers.

I think this site ought to be rendered obsolete and redundant. It's operating fraudulently and under-pretence. Imagine, one suffers huge losses as one is unable to manage one's liability due to this regular recurrence of breakdown.

Well I gave Betfair praise for giving free bets out after last Saturdays debacle but to happen again is beyond a joke . A full over hall of every part of the company is desperately needed .I for one feel really KNARKED that a company of this size and with the financial power they have cannot build a site that actually works .If this was Google or Facebook Governments would be demanding guarantee,s about the future reliability of the site .Betfair are currently a good advert for every other gambling site and if the bosses of this site are not totally embarresed about this situation then there is no hope for the future .Outburst over its time for bed (work early tomorrow thanks Betfair for wrecking my Saturday night )

can someone tell me what happened to several dog races around 9;30 pm...no results or explanation on SL or RP ...seems races did not run, and same time as BF crash !!!  (I may be missing something obvious ?)

Is everything back up except the exchange? Surely if it was a data issue the whole site would be affected

Was 4 hours at peak trading hours last Saturday. Not sure this will be fixed until late morning now.

Appears to have been repaired before midnight,but I'm off to bed with no intention of testing it out.

Not so, can't cancel any unmatched bets.

Salmon, they did show their tweets on the site last night and one of them said it included the sportsbook about half an hour after saying it wasn't affected

Yes I realised that just after I posted big aitch. Never use the Sportsbook so was relying on what they said. Just logged on. Are we OK now ?

seems to be, I have been able to use the football overs markets OK, mind you I wouldn't want to risk anything that I may want to green up on later

It would mean the world to me if I get another pop-up saying they're working hard to find out why this happened and stop it happening again.
