Been reading on here over time about different ways to back horses and the two things that always come up are keeping track of your bets and being disciplined, ie: not chasing. Now, I have never recorded my bets, but I like to bet in handicaps more than any other race.

I am therefore trying this system on here, I have £60 in a Sly bet account. I am going to use it solely to try out this system and see how far it goes. Bear in mind you get a free £5 bet every week if you bet £25 throughout the week.

This isn't going to be form based, and I am backing e/w above 5/1, win only above 5/1

The stake will be £5 per race (either £2.50 e/w or £5 win)

The criteria is as follows:

Class 4 Handicap races and above only
Between 8 - 10 runners inclusive
Finished 2nd last time out.

Lets see how this goes, two selections today meet the criteria:

2.20 Chepstow Cornelius Socks 7/1 (e/w )
2.50 Haydock Oneida Tribe 6/1 (e/w)

I will do a P&L every day see how long it lasts.

is yr system proved with lets say last two weeks results ,,, if it isnt your guessing , and if yr playing with real cash you probebly shouldnt be , that said i hope it works for you disciplin is good ,

Discipline is the most over used term on here and instead here we have a system that has no logic to it whatsoever and can be proven not to work with real world results data since BFSP.

Still Learning, seriously don't bother mate, you may as well play roulette for a while.
