yes - i noticed that on another occasion - but maybe another side it, eg maybe they were at the breakfast tble one day and she says something like "if I have to interview you after a winner, dont start patronizing me you old git", then that's gonna make him nervous so its possible that's why he comes across as distant when she's interviewing him ...
