Hope he runs well. Was over the top and probably not good enough when he ran in the race last year.
Seems to have improved this season, been campaigned differently and loves the track. Could run really well though and still manage only 5th place. Looks very competitive this year. |

I find it hard to ignore Frodon's run in this last year. He could well have improved but this is competetive will het get an easy lead with Un De Sceux about? I can see it being similar to last years ryanair and a horse sitting in behind will come off the pace to win. May couple Monalee and Road to Respect think Monalee over 2 and half miles is perfect.

Yes, Frodon for me but it is a very open race. I have to admit that my choice is based on having backed him every time he has run this season and making a good profit rather than any form logic.

UDS slogging rd in this going ? softer the better for this one - only beaten by 3 horses in 3 years. one of them was Altior last time out when it was 20 lengths in front of Sceau Royal - ran a belter yesterday.

The surprising thing about Frodon is that he hardly ever starts favourite. Eleven wins, 3 seconds, 3 thirds in 23 runs over fences.
