on the freeze frame the angle is awful. But the winner Rosie, you can see her backside is ahead of the other horse, but the photo looks like it is at an angle giving the wrong impression the nearside horse has won

Extraordinary, there shouldn't have been the need for a photo had the first finishing line been the correct one - my eyesight is not the best but I knew the photo we were shown could not have been correct! Head must roll but I bet the clown will be bailed out!

Now I know why I stopped betting.  Backed Third Wind with B365, cursing because I didn't lay the 1.16 on here. Finidges up with all money. Backed Malaya with B365, tried to lay 4/1 on here the bet got lost in the ether somewhere.  Finished with all the money. Can't rely on anything anymore.

If one of the jockeys or a trainer makes a mistake they get fined, The same should go for the judge he or she should be fined, then these silly stupid wrong mistaken results would stop.

I notice Delta who started the thread has gone quiet .Not surprising really ,he took 6.0 in the photo and
recommended that the people who backed the real winner went to specsavers.

It was a complete dog’s breakfast, and the explanation from the BHA spokesman was rancid.  In the dim and distant I was a photofinish operator for what now is RaceTech.
Sandown has always been an accident to happen.
I could expand on why this happened but will not.
How about criticising The Judge who was surely observing the correct finishing line as they finished?

There was no semblance of an apology from the BHA spokesman.
