12 - I think is Francome after riding Observe to win at Worcester, his 1000th career winner. Others in that picture include the clerk of the course, Hugo Bevan, the racecourse announcer Godfrey Tabiner (I think that's the right name) - and if you look at the bald head looking over the crowd, that's John Sillett, then the Coventry City manager and a big racing fan.
Very Observant the Anorak, but who is next to Sillett?

That's not a bad shout Alan, don't think it is him as i have met him at Paul Birchs house in SC but it's certainly not George Curtis!
It's a slightly wild stab I admit, but the guy with John Sillet looks a bit like Peter Hormantschuk to me.

13 - Based mainly on the colours being those of the Duke of Westminster, is that Ormonde? The Duke did breed Sceptre, but I don't think she ever ran in his colours, being sold as a yearling.
Looks like you've got it Anorak with Fred Archer up.
Also looks like mac is extremely good with Photoshop. He removed the Duke from the photo to make it harder...

If I was any good with photo shop I would have deleted J O Tobin from the saddle cloth
That quiz was done in a rush as I was going out last night, hence some of the photos included were previously used as stewarts rise rightfully pointed out.
