I have been using Betfair for some years now without any difficulty. A week or so ago, I began to have a problem with log in.        When I attempt to log on, I get the following message: "We are experiencing some technical issues and are unable to proceed with your login. Please try again later". I have to make several attempts before I can eventually log on. I contacted Betfair, and they said the problem was at my end, and I should contact my ISP. My service provider said that there was nothing wrong at this end, so it must be Betfair, as they were putting out the message. Any suggestions welcome.

a friend was having problems and his isp had imposed restrictions

is it the same on different browsers?

I had loads of issues /problems for most of January .Chatted with them and got the usual responses,cookies,browsers,etc.

But I did what I usually do,wait a few weeks and magically all is well, with no assistance from Betfair.Hopefully your problem will disappear similarly.

As willie said try different browsers.
Are you logging on through a different source by phone, pc

Strange that you do eventually get in spring chicken.
I'd also go down the route of deleting cookies etc.

I think the bog standard BF response to just about everything is 'The problem must be at your end'.and yet without doing anything hey presto it gets sorted..The latest one I had was that I was unable to bring up BF Website when using Mobile App ( using google chrome it worked OK).....This has happened 3 times in past 12 months and  in every case I get the usual 'delete cache/cookies etc problem is at your end'...I even took my mobile back to factory settings and hence losing lots of my info built up since year dot....Alas after about a week BF finally admitted they had found an issue and after another week they had sorted it!!!!!!
