Said horse must have had 10lbs in hand, poorly placed and ridden to win, granted in the Finnish you wouldnt have known which was the ex champion jockey.

Did she outride them or did race fitness play a part against two horses coming off breaks?

Was the thread supposed to be "women frequently out riding the horses"?

This strength in the saddle myth seems to be dying a death.

Indeed it is hopefully the clueless keep the myth alive still the odd bit of value to be had at the moment.

I think women are equal to men in terms of riding

BUT

the crop we have at the moment are simply not as good.

I dislike Gordan and Curry and Bridgewater, again i stress not because they are women, I find them weak.

To give an exception she hasnt been good recently but i like Blackmore.

Yes, it hung left in the straight behind two others then she had to go around them.

Then it was hanging into the all the way to the line.

The horse quickened when she asked it to that's the point.

If a horse does that for the jockey there isn't a lot to complain about.

and out here AC/DC the best ride, on these much tighter tracks, prevails as much if not more than the best horse

i think it explains why so many seemingly good to very good UK-based jocks come to HK and fail to make an impact
